By creating an account or placing an order with Curbside Cravings, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, General Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Shipping & Pickup Policy.
Orders are confirmed when you complete checkout and receive a pickup token. Tokens are for the person placing the order (or someone you send to collect). We may refuse or cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled, in which case any amount paid is refunded as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change. You must pay via the selected prepay method (including UPI, card, or wallet through our payment gateway Razorpay) or at the counter before or at pickup, as indicated on your order. A successful payment receipt or token is proof of the transaction.
Cancellations, failed payments, quality issues, and refund timelines are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Pickup-only fulfilment (we do not ship) is governed by our Shipping & Pickup Policy.
Please use kitchen notes for allergies or preferences. We will try to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation in a shared kitchen.
When the counter signs off, new orders cannot be placed. Existing confirmed orders will still be prepared as far as possible. If we cannot fulfil a confirmed prepaid order, we will refund the amount paid.
You agree not to misuse the ordering system, attempt unauthorised access to the admin area, or place fraudulent orders.
Food is prepared to order for takeaway/curbside. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 where applicable. Disputes relating to this shop are subject to the courts in Chandigarh, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
