When you sign up or place an order we may collect your name, mobile number, email (if you use Google sign-in), order details, payment preference, pickup token, kitchen notes, and feedback you submit.

Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking passwords. Razorpay may collect payment credentials directly on its secure checkout as needed to complete the transaction. Payment data handled by Razorpay is subject to Razorpay’s privacy policy.
This web app stores account and order data in your browser (local device storage) and on systems used for the counter and kitchen. We do not sell your personal information.
Order details are shared with kitchen/counter staff as needed to prepare and hand over your food. Prepaid order and refund details are shared with Razorpay (and, where required, banks or UPI apps) only to collect payment, issue refunds, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations.
You may request correction of your name, phone, or email by contacting the shop. Clearing browser data on your device removes locally stored account/order history on that device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised policy.
